ABOUT THE AGENCY
THE SKY STORY
In 2003, after ten years as the director of the youth division at another agency, Ciel Crosby, at the urging of industry heavyweights like John Dunsworth and Sheila Lane decided to found her own agency - Sky Talent Group. In the beginning Sky Talent Group was solely a youth talent agency, as Ciel saw the importance of protection and advocacy for young people in the Film, Television and Theatre industries. Within a few months, adults were seeking the support and representation of Sky Talent Group, ultimately leading to Sky becoming a full service Agency. Over 20 years later Ciel has the longest operating talent agency in the region.
